Rich Bisaccia was the heart and soul of the Las Vegas Raiders for a while. He started out as the assistant coach and moved into the primary position after Jon Gruden resigned. Bisaccia would then lead Las Vegas to an 8-5 record, even taking the team to the playoffs for the first time in years.
By the end of the season, he had the Raiders singing his praises. That’s why so many were disappointed when he was passed over for the head coaching role.
Bisaccia is now a special teams coordinator for the Green Bay Packers.
