4. The Strip
I know, I know, this doesn't seem like much of an answer. But hear me out. The Strip is a long, glittering stretch of road crawling with people who want to have a good time. You don't even have to do anything specific, just walk around Las Vegas Blvd and be friendly. Say hi to people.
