For those of you who regularly watch the reality show, Hell’s Kitchen, then you might have noticed the high regard that all the contestant chefs place on Beef Wellington – the signature dish of Gordon Ramsay himself. I knew that a trip to Las Vegas wouldn’t be complete without dinner at Hell’s Kitchen in Caesars Palace, so I made sure to book a reservation and to order a few of the show’s most notable dishes, including the Beef Wellington. The only thing I can say is that its flavors were well worth the price tag!
