This restaurant wants to bring to the Fremont Street Experience a permanent food truck with a relaxed backyard feeling. They serve freshly smoked BBQ. Both brisket tacos and the brisket sandwich are phenomenal and delicious. The meat is cooked to perfection and bursting with flavors. Their service is quick but reservations are recommended.
