Mott 32 is one of the finest restaurants, not only in the Venetian but in the whole of Las Vegas. The menu offers an uncompromising commitment to organic and sustainable dining by using ethically sourced ingredients and applying the latest in modern cooking techniques to transform traditional Cantonese and Szechuan dishes into signature creations.
Make sure you try the Peking Duck. The meat is perfectly moist and smoky, and the skin is superbly crispy.
The Hong Kong-style Dim Sum is another must-try. My favorite is the soft-boiled quail egg inside a Kurobuta Pork dumpling with black truffle. A perfect bite and simply divine.
