Another gem at Encore at Wynn is Wazuzu. The lead chef, Jimmy Widjaja brings the best of Asian Fusion to this location, including a sushi bar. Guests can enjoy meals such as dim sum, baked miso black cod, wok-tossed Mongolian beef, Cantonese Assorted Barbecue plate, and more. Sushi options include a red dragon roll, lobster tempura roll, and sushi sashimi combos.
The restaurant has also had a feature on Food Network for their special Drunken Noodles.
