This snowcone shack has become a local favorite. Purple Penguin started as seasonal stands that would pop up around town every spring. Now, they have a brick-and-mortar store on Water Street! Just walk up to the window outside to order. They serve endless snow cone flavor combinations and delicious treats like Dole Whips.
