4. Tacos El Gordo
There’s a ton of great, authentic Mexican food in Las Vegas, and Tacos El Gordo, which can be found at 3041 S Las Vegas Blvd, is the absolute personification of that. Tacos El Gordo, which literally translates to Tacos of the fat man, has an almost limitless menu with a ton of variety on it. It’s located on the Strip and is particularly well known for its tacos al pastor, tacos de Lengua (beef tongue), and of course, their carne asada, making it a must-try when in Vegas.
