This Mexican restaurant is always packed. People love Border Grill inside Mandalay Bay for brunch because of the special 'small plate' offer. This offer is the equivalent of an all-you-can-eat buffet where you can eat as many pancakes, breakfast potatoes, shrimp toast with avocado, and carnitas as you want. You can get a little bit of everything. Brunch is available every Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 3 pm.
