Comedy Clubs in Las Vegas: The 8 Best Rooms Right Now
The eight comedy clubs worth your night in Las Vegas: Comedy Cellar at the Rio, Laugh Factory at its new Horseshoe theatre, L.A. Comedy Club, Brad Garrett's, Jimmy Kimmel's, Wiseguys, Las Vegas Live, and Delirious off-Strip from $26.95.
Comedy Clubs in Las Vegas: The 8 Best Rooms Right Now
Las Vegas has more working comedy rooms than any city outside New York and Los Angeles, and the good ones are small. A few hundred seats, a two-drink crowd and a headliner close enough to read the room beats a theatre show every time. Here are the eight comedy clubs in Las Vegas worth your night in 2026 — what each room is actually like, when they run, and what you will pay.
1. The Comedy Cellar at the Rio Hotel & Casino

The Comedy Cellar is a faithful rebuild of the Greenwich Village original, down to the low ceiling and the brick. It books off the same lineup system as New York, which is why the drop-in names are the best in the city — Dave Chappelle, Chris Rock, Ray Romano and Amy Schumer have all worked this room unannounced. Multiple shows nightly, roughly 90 minutes each, with a rotating bill rather than a single headliner. If you only have one night and want the highest odds of seeing someone famous walk on unannounced, this is the room.
2. The Laugh Factory at Horseshoe Las Vegas

Note the address — this one moved. The Laugh Factory spent twelve years at the Tropicana, which closed in April 2024 and was imploded that October to clear ground for the new Athletics ballpark. The club relaunched in early 2026 at Horseshoe Las Vegas, taking over and rebuilding the second-floor Imagine Showroom into a 250-seat theatre. It now runs two shows a night at 8:30 and 10:30 p.m., with headliner residencies added Thursday through Sunday at 6:30 p.m. Plenty of older guides still send people to the Tropicana. There is nothing there.

3. L.A. Comedy Club at The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Skypod

The L.A. Comedy Club at the north end of the Strip runs multiple shows a night, every night of the year, out of an intimate theatre inside The STRAT. Readers of the Las Vegas Review-Journal voted it the city's best comedy club five years running. It is the most reliable same-night booking on this list simply because there is almost always another show starting in two hours, and the all-you-can-drink add-on makes it the best-value ticket on the Strip proper.
4. Brad Garrett's Comedy Club at MGM Grand

Brad Garrett — Everybody Loves Raymond, and a working stand-up long before that — runs his own club inside the MGM Grand, and still drops in on the bill himself when he is in town. Because a comic's own room gets a comic's booking, the lineups skew toward touring professionals rather than open-mic filler. Check the club schedule before you book if seeing Garrett himself is the point; his own dates are listed separately from the house bill.
5. Jimmy Kimmel's Comedy Club at The LINQ Promenade

Jimmy Kimmel's Comedy Club sits mid-Strip on the LINQ Promenade, which makes it the easiest one to fold into an evening you are already having — you can walk out of the show and into the rest of the Promenade without a rideshare. The room books a mix of late-night-circuit regulars and touring headliners, and the kitchen is a genuine step above the usual club nachos.
6. Delirious Comedy Club at Silver Sevens
The one the Strip guides miss. Delirious Comedy Club runs Thursday through Sunday inside Silver Sevens Hotel & Casino on Paradise Road, about five minutes east of the Strip — an unfiltered 18+ room with a host and a rotating bill of touring headliners, which is the format stand-up was actually built for. Two shows on most nights, at 7 and 9 p.m.
Two reasons it earns a place on this list over a bigger name. First, it is genuinely cheap: tickets start at $26.95, against Strip club pricing that starts north of $40 before the resort adds its fees. Second, being off-Strip means no resort fee, no $30 parking and a room where the back row is still close. Tickets and this week's lineup are here.
7. Wiseguys Comedy Club at Town Square
Wiseguys is the outsider on this list and the one comics themselves talk about. It was founded by stand-up Keith Stubbs, who opened the original room in Utah in 2001 and spent two decades building it into one of the better-regarded club circuits in the country before bringing it to Nevada. The Las Vegas Boulevard room at Town Square seats 300 and books nationally touring acts several nights a week. Because it sits south of the resort corridor rather than inside a casino, the crowd skews local — which, if you have ever watched a comic work a room of tourists who wandered in off a buffet, is a real advantage.
8. Las Vegas Live Comedy Club at the V Theater
Las Vegas Live runs upstairs at the V Theater inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood, and it has the most forgiving schedule in the city: 9 p.m., every single night, no dark days. Around 75 minutes, hosted by resident headliner Edwin San Juan with a rotating bill of comics in from New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. It is the mid-Strip fallback when everything else is sold out or dark, and being inside a mall rather than a casino floor means you can get to it without walking a resort end to end.
Which Las Vegas comedy club should you pick?
If you want the best odds of a surprise A-list drop-in, book the Comedy Cellar. If you are deciding at 7 p.m. tonight, L.A. Comedy Club almost certainly has a seat. If you want a proper theatre and a headliner residency, the reopened Laugh Factory at Horseshoe is the newest room in the city. If you would rather keep the night under a hundred dollars for two people, go off-Strip to Delirious — the comedy is not cheaper, only the ticket is. And if you want the room the comics rate rather than the room the marketing rates, Wiseguys at Town Square is the local pick.
One practical note that applies to all eight: comedy rooms seat by arrival within your ticket tier rather than by seat number, so turning up when doors open is the difference between the front and the back wall. And every room on this list is 18+ or 21+ with unfiltered material — if that is not the night you want, a comedy magic show is the better call.
