Stazi Saint-Sinn, Mobscene Shows and the Rocklesque Bombshells
Rocklesque is produced by Stazi Saint-Sinn, founder and creative director of Mobscene Shows, in partnership with The Modern Showrooms at Alexis Park Resort Hotel, and stars the Rocklesque Bombshells. Mobscene Shows was founded in 2018 as a Las Vegas-based entertainment collective and has grown into an international network of more than 100 performers across burlesque, circus, sideshow, comedy and live music. Rocklesque is its flagship series, mixing rock 'n' roll, burlesque, pole, aerial, drag and high-impact variety, with diverse, body-positive, LGBTQ+ inclusive casting.
Before this move the series was staging a new original production nearly every month in Las Vegas: the hair-metal blowout Girls Girls Girls, The Prince Burlesque Experience, Alice in Rockland, the Pride-celebrating Invasion and the sold-out horror-camp hit Final Girl, more than a dozen original productions in all. September 20 marks the first time Rocklesque plays a dedicated Las Vegas showroom. The producers' summary of the format: sexy, loud, funny and a little unhinged, with no two shows the same. Or, from the series listing, come for the burlesque, stay for the riot.
The Modern Showrooms at Alexis Park Resort Hotel sits just off the Strip at 375 E. Harmon Ave and is operated by Towering Entertainment, which presents live entertainment there nightly. The room is otherwise home to tribute and specialty productions, so Rocklesque is the venue's late-night outlier.
